Awards Banquet

Diamond sponsorship provides the opportunity for exclusive sponsorship of this premiere conference event. The Awards Banquet provides the opportunity for each of the three partnering associations to recognize contributions and commitment of those who have gone “above & beyond” over the past year. This is a time-honored annual event for each of the sponsoring criminal justice associations. The Awards Banquet will take place on the evening of Thursday, November 10th and conferees will experience a sumptuous plated meal followed by award presentations and inspirational comments from South Carolina’s justice dignitaries. The sponsor may place their company logo on the Awards Banquet Program.

PLATINUM SPONSOR OPTIONS

Opening Reception

The Opening Reception in the Exhibit Hall takes place immediately following the Opening Session on Tuesday, November 8. Plentiful and delicious hors d'oeuvres will be the fare for the event provided for conference attendees in the festive atmosphere of the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibit Hall Lunch

Boxed lunches in the Exhibit Hall allow conferees to have a quick bite to eat between sessions while visiting with vendors and exhibitors. This event is held on Wednesday, November 9th. Sponsors may place stickers with their logos and booth number on the boxed lunches.

Closing Breakfast

Conferees will close out the conference with a full and filling southern breakfast and inspirational closing session to send them on their way home. This event is held on Friday, November 11th.

Hotel Key Cards

This is an exclusive opportunity for a sponsor to showcase your company name and logo on key cards used by all conference attendees staying at the host hotel. These key cards will be a reminder throughout the conference of the company’s sponsorship and support.
